SATURDAY: The DA VINCI escapade
set off on an inspiring journey to the da vinci exhibition. very fulfilling i would say. i was shocked by the amount of people who took time off and brought their kids to the science centre for an unforgettable experience. i didnt wanna fight with the human traffic, so i decided to head off to the omni theatre first. i wanted to get the tickets to watch sea monsters. and Praise to God, i got a package ((: one that grants access to th theatre, science centre and da vinci exhibition. so in a way, i've jumped queue (:
the kid in me rises tot eh mood, so i went to run around science centre to play. everything was as per normal, nothing much ever changed since i went there in my childhood days. time's up for my show, i tredded over to catch the sea monsters. it's about dinosaurs; only that they're in the sea. i was so amazed and of course happy (: i mean it's not the cliche land dinosaurs but i was so intrigued by the fossil and how they piece everything together to showcase the marine monsters. we're always heard about land dinosaurs; t-rex, but how many of us has actually heard about marine dinosaurs?
i did a very stupid thing. we had a good laugh. or rather my friend had a good laugh. i saw an astronaut figure outside the theatre, so i said it so quickly without realising: eh i saw an ESPLAnaut.
walking into the exhibition is like walking into leonardo's world and see how his geeky mind works. He really is a geek in my eyes. of course a great one. but quite wannabe. hahaha. i mean he was a musician, artist, anatomist, a physcist. he wants to do everything. i saw his artworks, his obssession with flight and many structures. and now that i know, mona lisa is not a finished work! wow. and he's a left hander. so it explains his tendency to write mirror-imaged words. since i do write words mirror-imaged, of course when i'm bored, i told my friend. maybe i'll be the next da vinci with many great inventions. like i might rub off some of his smartness. HAHS.
FRIDAY: The Rubberband performance.
my first performance on stage to sing. it's a very different feel from those stage experience i've accumulated in the past. but i felt good! Glory be to God. it was about Him, and honouring Him, showing His good (: it was nice i feel for a first (: i saw a couple of familiar faces and thanks for the support (: LOVES! then i was telling someone that my predictions came true. so that someone told me this: sometimes the people that you least expect to come turn up, yet people whom you've been expecting and hoping to come doesnt. it's true. well, all in all, i had fun! ((:
smiles, 13:56.
